Goodnight John-Boy, goodnight Mary Ellen, goodnight Elizabeth................ John and Olivia Walton were raising seven children, well so are we, well, just for a day or two and it's all good fun. It's good to be a back seat driver and just observe children, at play, falling out, making up, negotiating, taking charge, caring, sharing......... just being friends, it makes fascinating viewing.
We have been blessed to be keeping watch over some children as their Mum and Dad take some much needed R & R and it has been non stop in our household today and if I'm honest I ache in lots of places, but a nice kind of ache, if that's possible!
I am thankful today (day 248) for the opportunity to keep on learning.
